Production area: Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda

Ground: rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey

Grapes: Corvina 65%, Rondinella 25%, Sangiovese 10%

Production: about eighty quintals of grape per hectare

Maturation: twelve months in Slavonia wood of 30 hl.

Average lifetime: more than ten years
