Production area: Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda
Ground: rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey
Grapes: Corvina 50%, Rondinella 30% and others local vine 20%
Production: about one hundred quintals of grape per hectare
Maturation: few months in stainless steel
Average lifetime: two years
Alcohol: 12.70 % vol.
Residual sugar: 3.60 g/l
Acidity: 5.50 g/l
Colour: soft pink
Scent: fairly intense, fruits and very elegant
Taste: dry, fresh and balanced
How to serve it: at 10°C – 12 °C, uncork the bottle at the very moment
