TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Production area: Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of the Lake Garda

Ground: rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey

Grapes: Garganega 40%, Trebbiano Toscano 20%, Trebbianello 20%, Riesling 20%

Production: about one hundred quintals of grape per hectare

Maturation: few months in stainless steel

Average lifetime: three/four years

ANALYTICAL DATA

Alcohol: 12.50 % vol.

Residual sugar: 2.22 g/l.

Acidity: 6 g/l.

SENSORY INFORMATIONS

Colour: soft straw-coloured yellow with greenish notes

Scent: yielded, lightly aromatic

Taste: dry, of good structure and good balanced

How to serve it: at 8°C – 12°C
Gastronomic matchings: fish, firsts courses composed of vegetables and fish
