Production area: Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of the Lake Garda
Ground: rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey
Grapes: Garganega 40%, Trebbiano Toscano 20%, Trebbianello 15%, others local wine25%
Production: about one hundred quintals of grape per hectare
Maturation: few months in stainless steel
Average lifetime: two years
Alcohol: 12.60 % vol.
Residual sugar: 3.30 g/l
Acidity: 4.90 g/l
Colour: light straw-yellow
Scent: fruits with smell of apple
Taste: dry, fresh, very haromatic and balanced
