Production area: Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda
Ground: rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey
Grapes: Corvina 60%, Rondinella 30% and other local vine 10%
Production: about one hundred quintals of grape per hectare
Maturation: few months in stainless steel
Average lifetime: two years

SENSORY INFORMATIONS
Colour: not too intense, ruby red
Scent: fairly intense with fresh floral marks

How to serve it: at 12°C-14 °C, uncork the bottle at the very moment
Gastronomic matchings: it is excellent with every meal, especially with rice and meats
